Warranty & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unassembled. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@venuscabinetry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Damages

If the product exhibits any quality issues—such as damage, paint chipping, discoloration, or other defects—please contact our sales representatives immediately and provide relevant photographs. We will arrange for a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Product Exchanges

Should you change your mind and wish to alter the style, dimensions, or color of the cabinets you have purchased, please return the products to our company; we will promptly exchange them for the cabinets you require.

Product Refunds

If you wish to return a product for a refund, please bring it back to our company for inspection by our staff. Provided that the product remains in a condition suitable for resale, we will process your refund and credit the amount to your company account for use toward future product purchases.
