- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as make and print sales orders, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have experience using Quickbooks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

2. Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of cabinets to wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of cabinetry products, and a deep understanding of the wholesale market.
As a Sales Representative for the company, should be required to possess the following capabilities:
- Assists our website customers with appropriate product selection and closes as many opportunities as possible.
- Handles chat, e-mail or phone requests from customers with professional and pleasant sales etiquette and courtesy.
- Assist customers in making buying decisions by guiding customers through the website and order process effectively.
- Ability to assist customers via inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Proactively contact customers as needed to complete orders.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders placed.
- Ensure accuracy of notes recorded in systems to ensure customer excellence.
- Process sales orders accurately and return efficiently.
- Ensure that customers understand product information and can provide additional information to customers as needed.
- Must be able to self-manage time as efficiently as possible to maximize opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English (Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications.
- Flexibility to work, including the ability to work on a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays.
